AAMAN is searching for the perfect location to establish a much needed professional Barber Shop and Salon for African-American hair care, skin care and hair styling. AAMAN's CEO and Founder, Cecil Adams is looking in the La Crosse/Onalaska, Wisconsin and Winona, Minnesota area for the perfect building and location.

AAMAN will pay for the training and equipment for two Barbers. The Barbers must commit to two years of service. The Salon will be ran by stylist and skin care professionals.

Employment Opportunities

Part time Program Facilitator for our 10-week, 4-session Next Step Program. Hours are from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A total of 40-weeks @ $12.00 per-hour for 120 hours. Dinner is provided. Facilitator is needed:

  1. The first session begins on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 and ends on Wednesday, December 16, 2009.
  2. The second session begins on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 and ends Wednesday, May 19, 2010.
  3. The third session begins on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 and ends on Wednesday, July 26, 2010.
  4. The fourth session begins on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 and ends Wednesday, October 6, 2010.

Part time Co-Facilitator for our 10-week, 4-session Next Step Program. Hours are from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A total of 40-weeks @ $11.50 per-hour for 120 hours. Dinner is provided. Facilitator is needed:
  1. The first session begins on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 and ends on Wednesday, December 16, 2009.
  2. The second session begins on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 and ends Wednesday, May 19, 2010.
  3. The third session begins on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 and ends on Wednesday, July 26, 2010.
  4. The fourth session begins on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 and ends Wednesday, October 6, 2010.

Two Part time Program Advisors for our 10-week, 4-session Next Step Program. Hours are from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A total of 40-weeks @ $11.00 per-hour for 120 hours. Dinner is provided. Facilitator is needed:
  1. The first session begins on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 and ends on Wednesday, December 16, 2009.
  2. The second session begins on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 and ends Wednesday, May 19, 2010.
  3. The third session begins on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 and ends on Wednesday, July 26, 2010.

One Part time Licensed 16-Passenger Van Driver for our 10-week, 4-session Next Step Program. Hours are from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Pick students up) and 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (Drop Students off) A total of 40-weeks @ $10.00 per-hour for 80 hours. Driver is needed:
  1. The first session begins on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 and ends on Wednesday, December 16, 2009.
  2. The second session begins on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 and ends Wednesday, May 19, 2010.
  3. The third session begins on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 and ends on Wednesday, July 26, 2010.
  4. The fourth session begins on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 and ends Wednesday, October 6, 2010.
