	African American Mutual Assistance Network, Inc. Tutoring Request Form


	You must complete and send the Form below in order to receive free Tutoring Services. You must provide at least a 2-day advance notice of subject and content of assistance needed. You can meet at your location or at a public library. You will receive 1 to 1 1/2 hours of tutoring per meeting twice a week between 3:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. during the school year. Turtoring is for 1st and 12th grade students only. College students may request tutoring services, but is subject to review.
